I'm not stressed, you say. Hmmm let us see. Try to check if you are feeling the following stress symptoms.
Psychological symptoms include: short temper and irritability (events can easily make you flare up); waking up worrying and feeling like you haven't slept at all; inability to relax or make simple decisions (ever had the feeling of wanting somebody to be in-charge so you don't need to trouble shoot--now imagine this to be a daily feeling); constant sense of frustration, sinking feeling that won't leave you; feeling miserable, depressed or lonely; lack of sexual desire; and thinking and pondering about your problems all the time.
Now feeling all these things usually lead to physical symptoms and it manifests in loss of appetite, indigestion, stomach upsets, headaches, drinking or smoking more and more, palpitations, always feeling exhausted and lethargic, sleeping a lot more or less than your usual sleeping time.
If you are feeling this way, please, don't ignore these things. We would greatly encourage you to relax..and learn to let go of the stress brought about mentally, emotionally, physically as well. We've discovered that one wonderful way to do this is to listen to isochronic tones. Of course, there are a thousand ways to relieve stress and you probably have some ideas up your sleeves.
This is one option that you can use. Simply listen to these relaxing sounds and recordings that focus on soothing frequencies that will relax you from head to toe within minutes. Your mind and body will be gently guided to a state of inner harmony.
Try these relaxing recordings today.
To your health and wellness. We wish you well.
Hi michelle,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to have finally been able to open and read your blog : ) I couldn't quite get to the site the last time I tried to access this. Yup, people are just so stressed nowadays but the sad thing is, a lot ( myself included) don't know that we are already stressed out. That, or we just don't want to admit being stressed out. Attending my garden, writing and doodling are all very good outlets for me to de-stress : ) Singing and listening to music as what you suggested here are also very, very helpful. While it de-stresses you, singing tends to stress other people though, so listening to music might be a better alternative. And of course, if all else fails, the good old reliable massages using our favorite brand of HHN Massage oil always works : )
GOD Bless you and your team of happy, loving people!
Reyna
