The Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping has become part of my daily routine and has helped me identify the many obstacles that prevented me from basking in the abundance of love and life. To say it has radically changed my life is an understatement– that is power wellness for you.

Abundance: Concepts of Abundance

The word abundance is filled with energy, power and intensity. If you pause for awhile to contemplate and ponder its meaning, abundance means it is present in high quantities or extremely plentiful in quantity and overflowing fullness. As the concept of abundance exists, so is the opposite of it. The opposite of abundance is scarcity, shortage or lack.
